GENERAL GUIDELINES FOR STUDENTS

  1. The school insists on strict punctuality, regular attendance, cleanliness , general grooming and fidelity to study and work assignments.
  2. Every student should bring the school diary daily. If a pupil loses the diary, he/ she will be subject to disciplinary action and a new diary will have to be purchased.
  3. No student shall be allowed in class without I Card.
  4. No one should scratch or spoil the smartboards, desks or chairs or damage any school property. Writing or drawing on the walls and doors, or, in anyway, damaging things belonging to others , even by accident, shall subject one to disciplinary action by the authorities.
  5. Books (other than text books , reference books or Library books), comics and magazines brought to school without permission are liable to be confiscated.
  6. Money should not be lent or borrowed, or articles exchanged.
  7. The students are advised not to bring valuable articles like expensive watches, fountain pens, pencil boxes, etc. to the school. In case of any loss of such things, the school will not be responsible.
  8. The school reserves the right to expel students whose conduct is repeatedly harmful to other students.
  9.  Wearing jewellery to school is strictly prohibited.
  10.  Students are strictly forbidden from bringing mobile phones to school. Violation of the rule will lead to their mobile phones along with the SIM cards being confiscated. Under no circumstances will eat be returned to the student.
  11.  The students are not allowed to move out of the class without class pass and without permission. Note in the diary for the practice.
  12.  Students should be habitually clean and always neatly dressed. The school uniform should be worn on all working days PTM and for all school functions. Students who are slovenly dressed or not in uniform will be sent home. Use of hair gel is not allowed wearing low waist trousers. Or narrow trousers is forbidden.
  13.  This school does not permit the celebration of birthdays or festivals in the school campus. Parents are advised not to send Sweets, EC with children for celebration of birthdays. Exchange of gifts is also not allowed. Birthday bumps are a punishable offence.
  14.  The school premises. Shall not be littered with disposable tumblers, papers, or polythene bags. If polythene bags are brought to school, care should be taken not to dispose them off in the school ground. Minimal use of polythene bags will be appreciated.
  15.  Do not spoil or pluck flowers.
  16.  Students are not allowed to bring any sharp instruments such as cutters, knives, etc. to the school or any kind of object that can cause injury to others.
  17. The students should keep the following practices at bay.
  • Writing on the shirts, uniform, benches or walls.
  •  Spitting in or near the school building.
  •  Smoking.
  •  Any form of gambling.
  •  Use of drugs or intoxicants, except on prescription by a registered medical practitioner.
  1. Students using unfair means during examination will face disciplinary action as decided by the school authorities.
  2. Students who fail in one subject in class XI may be allowed a compartment for re-appearing in the subject, subject to his/ her previous result in terminal exams.
  3. Students will not do anything to disturb the principles and norms of school discipline.
  4. School rules can be modified without prior notice or reason.
